15 Sweet Ways to Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Minneapolis

With the romantic February 14th holiday fast approaching, Meet Minneapolis uncovered the sweetest ways to celebrate!

(Jan. 27, 2010) - Minneapolis - Meet Minneapolis, the Official Convention and Visitors Association, has boxed the sweetest collection of 15 ways to wow you and your valentine this Feb. 14. And like the best boxes of chocolates, Minneapolis has something for everyone's tastes. From great hotel deals to dining spots with spectacular views to a love story told by sock puppets, Minneapolis is overflowing with spectacular Valentine's Day events for Minneapolitans and visitors alike.

Meet Minneapolis in partnership with Underwater Adventures Aquarium will also be conducting a contest via their Facebook and Twitter pages. Fans and followers will be asked to send an e-mail or video describing their 'Minneapolis Love Story' for a chance to win a table for two at the Tunnel of Love Experience from Underwater Adventures Aquarium. The package includes an elegant three-course meal from Kokomo's Island Cafe, under the aquarium tunnel, complete with Champagne and aquarium admission. Guests can arrive one-half hour early for cocktails and reception. The package also includes two movie tickets to Theatres at Mall of America. May the best Minneapolis love story win!

The restaurant will feature a romantic Valentine's Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For $24.95 per person, guests are treated to a spectacular view and delicious food, guaranteeing a great start to their Valentine's Day celebrations.
